hi guys, today i am awfully sick. this is the first time i've gotten sick since i left cold, cold boston, so instead of an outfit post, i would like to get your opinion on these plaid shoes...i've had them for awhile, but haven't worn them much. what do you think would go well with them? thanks!

The dark denim is a great start! How about topping off the jeans with a solid shirt in red, green, yellow, or white? Ruffles or details like a scalloped edges or keyholes (either at the neckline or at the sleeves) would create interest without outright introducing another pattern. Ooh, I'm already envisioning this for a color brigade challenge.
Black pants would work as well because it would play off the heel.
i really like these shoes and they will definitely come in handy when you have a darker colored outfit and want a little punch of color. hope you feel better!
